How does the experience unfold?
The day begins with pick-up from your accommodation and a transfer towards the Andarax Valley. As we drive, we explain the shift in landscape - from the coast to the mountain interior - and how altitude, water and isolation have shaped life in these villages. At each stop we walk at a relaxed pace, take in the architecture, and talk about the agricultural and social history of the area. The experience includes a tasting of local produce, where food becomes a way of understanding the territory.
